If you read my previous post on some of my favourite ‘Cruelty-Free Eyelash Brands’ then that’s great because the same goes for brushes. They are either made from synthetic fibres or real animal fur, and it’s not pretty.
I recently bought these oval brushes from True Beauty which are perfect for contouring and highlighting. They are both vegan, and cruelty-free meaning that absolutely no animals were used or harmed in the making.
Below are the four I use the most. The first one on the left I use to highlight to centre of my nose, followed by the bigger round one which I use to blend my brightening cream under my eyes, as well as concealer. The next one I use for multi-purposes including to blend out my contouring on my forehead, and cheek-bones. Last but not least I use this smaller brush on the far right to blend out the contour on my nose.
This package actually came with 10 different sizes, and it cost me $50 from Winners.
Morphe Vegan Brushes
These are by far my favourite brushes, from liquid to cream application, even powder products for an amazing application. They are 100% vegan, but be careful because not ALL their products are. Click here for all their vegan products.

Kat Von D Brushes
I am OBSESSED with Kat Von D’s brushes, and they’re so incredibly soft. My favourite brush by hers is the lock-it setting powder brush #20 which I use for her lock-it translucent powder.
Too Faced Brushes
Too Faced teddy bear hair brush mimics brushes traditionally used with real animals without the cruelty involved. It has a powder brush, blending fluff brush, an angled eye shadow brush, small crease brush, and a angled liner/brow brush!
Dose Of Colors Brushes
What I love about this company is that they have an entire vegan section which is clearly found by their drop down menu on their website. You can pick vegan brushes and are taken to a page with tons of options!
