Raw Cinnamon-Apple Chia Breakfast Bowl

 Ingredients

3 apples, peeled, and cored

4-5 medjool dates, pitted

½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon

pinch nutmeg

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

 Toppings

Nuts – I used walnuts

Raisins

Cranberries

Hemp seeds

Instructions

Dice the 3 apples, add one of the apples into an airtight container

Add the other two into a food processor, along with the dates, cinnamon, and nutmeg, pulse the mixture several times

Add the mixture into the container with the diced apple

Refridgerate for at least 1 hour or overnight

Add the toppings after
