No Egg, No Flour, No Guilt.

Ingredients

2 cans white beans (drained & rinsed)

¼ cup of unsweetended applesauce

3 tbsp oil (I used coconut, any works)

1 cup oats (blended to oat flour)

1 & ½ cups sugar (I used splenda, xylitol works too)

2 tsp pure vanilla extract

½ tsp baking soda

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

1 cup dark chocolate chips (most are vegan)

Directions:

Blend white beans in a blender until smooth then place in a mixing bowl. Combine all ingredients and mix until batter forms. Pour into an oiled pan and bake at 350 for around 35-40 miinutes. Let it stand for 10 minutes before removing the pan. I added more chocolate chips on top.
