Good Cubed Beauty is 100% cruelty-free for the animals, and for you. It was found by two former attorneys who decided to take an entirely different route and start Good Cubed Beauty. As lifelong animal lovers, they wanted to find a way to help make cruelty-free beauty more the norm and less of a niche industry.
What I adore about this brand is that cruelty-free IS the forefront of the shopping experience here. So many other natural beauty sites kind of add it as an afterthought. They want people to be aware and proud that every purchase they make is going back to support animals affected by animal testing. They are partnered with an amazing organization that rescues animals from all over the world, rehabilitates them and rehomes them, as well as lobbies to change the laws affecting animals.
The more they grow the more they hope to be able to give to these organizations. Their end goal is to have everyone only buying cruelty-free through better awareness and an easy, positive alternative to the beauty industry status quo as it stands.
Ayurvedic blend of exfoliating and soothing ingredients to gently lift impurities, remove dead cells and stimulate cellular turnover for soft and glowing skin. Grains may also be used as a brightening and exfoliating face mask.
Pour a dime-sized amount of grains in the palm of your hand, combine with water or cleanser of your choice to create a paste. Gently apply in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly. Suitable for all skin types. Use once daily. Grains may also be used as a face mask, combine with water and leave on for 3-5 minutes.
I suffer from dry skin so this product is really helping remove that top flakey layer and leaves my face feeling rejuvenated.
Ta-keh-su-mee, known as bamboo charcoal, is a time-honored Japanese secret for odor control and detoxification. A combination of activated charcoal and natural fermentation technology fights odor-causing bacteria, allowing you to stay odor free all day. Activated charcoal has a porous surface that acts like a magnet, which chemically binds substances, such as bacteria and toxins to draw them out.
As an AVID-SWEATER I can assure you this product works!
You would be surprised how many products are actually not cruelty-free, but what does this even really mean?
WHAT DOES 100% CRUELTY-FREE MEAN?
- They might not test their products on animals, but they have a third party do so.
- They might not test their finished products on animals, but they test their ingredients on animals.
- They might not test their finished products or their ingredients on animals, but they choose to sell their products in China, and by law, they are required to be tested on animals before being sold to Consumers.
- They might not do any of the above, but they are owned by a company that freely tests other products on animals. To us, supporting a company that doesn’t test, still, supports the company that tests. We prefer to support brands that don’t think cruelty-free is merely a niche trend. We work with brands that are founded on principles to change the status quo.
Good Cubed Beauty does not sell any products that fall under any of the above categories.
Not only is everything cruelty-free, 100%, but none of their brands test, nor are their ingredients tested, nor have third parties tested on their behalf. Also, none of their brands are owned by companies that test. Finally, none of their products are sold in mainland China. Our brands have all signed a pledge and we have had a third party vet them as well.
