Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • Half of a dragon fruit
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk/or a different dairy-free milk
  • Vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • Combine all the above ingredients in a blender
  • Garnish toppings, optional: shredded coconut, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flax seed, fresh strawberries, orange, kiwi, blueberries
