Chocolate Banana French Toast

 The batter:

1 tbsp of chia seeds (whole or ground into fine meal)

½ tbsp of agave nectar (or any type of sweetener/sugar)

 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon

 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

 However many slices of bread

Leave the batter in the fridge for 10 minutes to activate and then dip each slice in the batter. Place on griddle until golden brown.

 The chocolate:

(I should of just made a vegan chocolate syrup, not put a big blob of chocolate mousse, although still good)

2 ripe avocados

1/3 agave nectar

1/3 cup of raw cacao powder

2 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk

½ teaspoon of chia powder

Put it all in a food processor

BAM! Done!
